Will the Real You Stand Up...
When the new year comes it always makes me want to sit down and re think how I lived this past year. How did I do? Did I do all that I wanted to do? It also makes me wonder what are some things that I can change this year to make myself better. I feel like sometimes though it is like we are like two different people in life. The person we want everyone to see and the one that we don't want anyone to know about. Can I ask you, will the real you stand up this year? As Christians we all understand we have failures. It says in scripture, "for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." The question is, what are we doing with these failures, these issues, these sins. Too many times we just except ourselves as we are, try to forget, and hide the issues that we have. The great thing is that God knows exactly what we are dealing with. So what are we trying to do sweeping these issues away? We cannot fool God, so what are we trying to prove? So why not trying this ...
